Michael Anthony’s Cucina Italia Demonstration Classes are presented class-room style. Enjoy watching members of the cooking school faculty prepare the menu while providing step-by-step procedures and helpful hints for each dish. The class begins with a welcome glass of Prosecco followed by a generous sampling of all the dishes prepared, a glass of wine and a recipe booklet to take home.

Jacob Preston, Potter

Enjoy visiting the unique working pottery studio and attached showroom of Bluffton's master potter, Jacob Preston. Sit with the engaging potter/philosopher as he demonstrates the art of forming clay on the potter's wheel. The demonstration piece will be inscribed to you, and will be shipped to you after it's glazed and fired.
